Here is where we stand on the key issues. Our platform is a living document, shaped by conversations with people just like you. We believe that progress is not a top-down mandate, but a collaborative journey of shared vision and collective action.

1. WORKFORCE HOUSING & RENTERS ($51K–$90K): • 99-year city ground leases for non-profits & co-ops (No selling city land). • Dual-Action Bylaw: Fines bad landlords AND pays cash compensation to tenants for broken heat/water.

2. HOMES, NOT DATA CENTERS: • Update city zoning to block water-guzzling AI data centers in DTK. • Protect drinking water, power grid, and land for homes and local business.

3. 12-HOUR SIDEWALK SNOW CLEARING: • Cut wait time from 24 hrs to 12 hrs for snow clearing in high-density areas. • Uncleared sidewalks are cleared by the city and billed to the landlord's tax bill.

4. SMART SAFETY & TAX RESTRAINT: • Send civilian outreach (IMPACT) to mental health calls, freeing up police for serious crime. • Hold the line on municipal tax hikes. An opportunity for our young adults to be financially compensated to be the change they want to be in the downtown core.

5. YOUTH TRADES & DOWNTOWN JOBS: • Mandate local hiring on major construction projects. • Grants for youth work boots, safety tickets, and local pop-up businesses. City funded snow clearing and needle clean up job for the unhoused. This gives agency and purpose to the homeless in our downtown core.
